After creating an admin account, managers will have to give other users a permit to access certain files. 

3- Log in with the company MFA admin account to all Windows devices

Now that the admin account is created and employees have access to company files, each employee needs to log in to their Windows devices and ensure that a second security is requested. 

There are many forms that an MFA can request a second-factor authentication, whether it is a fingerprint scan, face identification, one-time code sent by SMS or email, and many others. So, employees must set up their preferred method of signing in and, again, ensure that it works.

4- Constantly monitor to ensure employees are being secure 

At this point, installing and applying an MFA security system is done. However, managers must constantly check and ensure that employees have access to all the required files for their work. Additionally, monitoring will help them ensure that every Windows device is secure and that nothing has gone wrong with the application.
