We operate with Amazon, eBay, and other resellers to get you the best possible price along with the smoothest selling experience. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and let Gone do the painful task of selling your stuff.
How much does Gone cost?
Gone will pay you the amount that is offered to you, there are no commissions deducted. We do cover our costs through commissions provided by our resellers and other buyers (ranging from 7% to 20%), but you will always receive the amount offered to you, given your item passes inspection and sells successfully.
How do I get paid?
As soon as your items are sold, Gone will transfer you funds via PayPal, Debit Card or send you an Amazon.com Gift Card, according to your preference.
What happens if my items don't sell?
If your items don’t sell within 30 days after they’re placed for sale, we’ll give you the chance to lower the sale price or to have them sent back to you at no cost.
I've received a Gone offer of $X for my items, does that mean that they have been sold?
Not yet. It means that Gone’s pricing algorithm determined the optimal price for your item that balances a quick sell with the best profit for you. That’s the final amount you’ll be getting from the sale once the items are sold.
